How can I set a 2nd or 3rd-tier manager of the request for an approval

Get Manager can be used on approval from the direct manager. But if the approval is required from 2nd or 3rd-tier manager, how shall it go? For example, the level structure is Specialist - Manager - Director - GM. When the specialist asked an approval from Director and GM, how to make it?

@CircleMi When you use "Get Manager" to get the email of the Specialist's manager, then you can use another "Get Manager" action to get the Director's email with the email from the first "Get Manager". Then another "Get Manager" action for GM with the email from the second "Get Manager."

A further question, if this request needs to be sent to another director, for example the director of HR, how can I do without putting the emailaddress directly.

@CircleMi Hi Circle, I think email address is the most straightforward way. Or whether you can try to use "Search for users" action with some criteria https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365users/#search-for-users-(v2)
