A GroupManager wants to assign a Review Task to all his group members for any of them to voulenteer.

Is it possibel to use something like Get Manager the other way around , ie Get employees/suborddinates, to load the Assing To field.

(The Review Document sits in a SharePoint List beside its owner , The Manager.)

Regards

    Hi @kohler49 ,

Have you tried to use List group members action to get all members in a specified group?

If you want to exclude the manager, you could use Filter array.

Though I have accepted the suggestion as a solution I would like to add a comment to widen the question a bit and/or make it clearer.

Your suggestion to use List Group Members means that I have to load that group with the appropriate members manually.

Your suggestion would work perfectly if the Group was loades with members automatically perhaps from the source Azure Active Directory Admin Center Users. I suppose it is there information like Get Manager is picked from.

Please let me have your coment.

    Regards

    Hi @kohler49 ,

I am afraid that I don’t know your concern.

The method I provide is to rely on the existing features of MS Flow to exclude the manager contained in the specified group.

    Best Regards,
