Flow Between SharPoint and Outlook

Hi,

I am trying to create a flow between two SharePoint lists and Outlook. Once an item, in this case a person, is added or modified on the first list, I would like an automated email to be sent out to that specific person. However, there are cetain emails that must be sent out based on the criteria in the first list. That content is stored on the second list.

Is it possible to do this with Microsoft flow? If so, please provide direction on how to get started. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

If I understand your question correctly, you can easily accomplish your goal with Flow.

Can you explain a little more about the following?

"However, there are cetain emails that must be sent out based on the criteria in the first list. "

If you provide a little more detail, I'll provide an example.

    Yes,

SharePoint list A is being used as a tracking system for safety training. When I add a person to list A and select the type of training they need, I would like an automated email to be sent out. If they haven't completed the training in ten days, I would like a reminder email to go out. Ten days aftter that, another reminder email, and ten days after that, a delinquency notice.

I created all of the emails for each situation in SharePoint list B. Now I just need to figure out how I can connect them all.

Does that make sense? Sorry, I don't know how else to explain it.
