Hi,
I have an approval flow that works quite well, however I need to improve the process and the flow to check out approved files and keep the status in the library as approved (for approved files).
When I added the "check out file" step to the flow after the changing status to "approve", the "check out file" was changing the status from approved to "draft" again. If I add the "check out file" step before changing the status in the flow, it prevents the flow from being able to update the status.
Any suggestions on how I can check out file and keep the status as approved?
