Possible copy files from SharePoint to another users OneDrive for Business?

I'd like to copy a file from a SharePoint Doc Library to a user's OneDrive for Business. Is this possible using Flow? So far it seems to only work for the user running the flow. Thanks, Shawn

    "So far it seems to only work for the user running the flow. "  this is a bit ambiguous.

    Do you mean that the user who creates the flow can run the flow and it works, but for other users it does not work?

    or

    Do you mean that it only works for the user running the flow to their own OneDrive?

     

    The first would imply that the destination is not being selected dynamically according to the flow running (ie: to use their own onedrive as a destination)

     

    The second implies a permissions issue, ie: I cannot copy files to your onedrive.
