Hi All:
We have internal calendars that are configured with a variety of settings, i.e. tentative approvals, max booking limits (2hrs), etc.
When a event is added, updated, deleted my flow is triggered and I run through a process assuming that the event is approved.
What we're noticing is that an individual can book for 2h 30m, the flow is triggered, but the calendar subsequently cancelled.
Is there a way to get a calendar configuration so I can check in the flow if the event is exceeding the configured time frame? I understand I can do a hard-coded check on the end-start > 2, but this value can change and will change in the future.

Do you want to get info about the original settings of a calendar?
Could you please share a bit more about your need?
If you want to access to the calendar settings like booking time limit, I am afraid there is no direct way to achieve this in Power Automate.
