Power Automate timings for work hours

Hello Power Users,

I've built a flow and has a delay function for 3 days. and some other action for 6 hours. Does the flow runs or counts after office hours as well? For example I gave a delay of 5 hours. What if the flow triggered at 2pm est and send notification at 7pm, which we don't want to.

And other cases like to wait or delay for 3 days, are there any chances that flow could trigger and send email during weekends?

I'm curious about the flow timings, Can anyone please help.

Thank you so much in advance!

As far as I know, there is no accounting for "work hours", partly because Power Automate isn't aware of what your individual work hours are.  So it could send at 7pm the way you have it set up without some complicated formulas, something like this https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Advanced-Condition-Is-Time-Between-Certain-Hours/m-p/1639385
