Dear.
I hope you are very well.

I need a little nudge to do the following workflow:

I want that by means of an email from Outlook a column called "Status" is modified in Microsoft List, and that the states are only "In Process and Completed".

    Hello

You can create a power automate flow that is triggered on when an item in your microsoft/sharepoint list is modified and in the triggered condition you can set it to only when Status is In Process and Completed.

    Best regards,

    Alaa

    Hi @Dionara,

Do you want to send an email when the Status column in modified?

Could you please share a bit more about your need?

Actually, if your Microsoft list is a SharePoint list, I think you could try the "When an items is created or modified " trigger and send an email out.

Dear, thank you for your answers.
I need to know if the following can be done:

An item is created in Microsoft List with the following columns:
Case, First and Last Name, Mailing Address, State
The Status column has two options: In Process and Completed.

After creating the element, two emails will be fired:
To the user and the technician

    Now comes my query:
It is possible that the technician responds to the email he received with the word "Completed" in the body of the email and the Status column in the Micrososft List was updated. Completed when replying to the mail.

Sorry if I was not clear.
