Using Flows to divert specific form responses to different excel sheets in share point

I have a single MS form collecting data from different users, now for every response , i want to link my MS form to multiple excel sheets on my sharepoint, so that for the individual response, it is sorted into the users based sheets automatically. How can i do it?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Its simple, In your Microsoft Forms use a field called category. While reading the MS Forms response from Power Automate Flow, based on the Category field you can use Switch Action to redirect the Form response to go to right excel sheet.

In the below example I have used Job Tile instead of Category.

This is exactly what I've been searching for. I was previously using the IF and FILTER functions but the 255 character limit was killing me. I also kept trying to use Advanced Filters, but it's not available in Excel Online and can't be automated without a macro. THANK YOU for this solution!

I also have the same problem, but when i tried switch control, the response goes to a different excel file.

I want my response to go to different sheet instead, so i can view the responses in one excel file only

I did the exact same step from the photo you've shown, but it still goes to the same sheet instead of separating into a different sheet/tab. How can I choose a different sheet name so it can redirect to that specific sheet?

@msrsdlkjucma make sure you give each table in the different sheets a unique name and point the add a row into a table inside the switch to the correct table.

Hi! I have 16 categories, so 16 sheets. And each time I have to load the 11 answers to the form. I couldn't find a workaround using variables to make the creation of the flow less "manual" and to have it be more flexible if I ever create a 17th category. Do you have any ideas? Thanks!
