I am changing the connection of my Teams(Post message in a chat or channel) and Excel Online for Business (Add row into a table) actions from Account A to Account B. I encounter this error "operation 'GetUnifiedActionSchema' failed with status code 'Forbidden'." and " from token exchange: Permission denied due to missing connection ACL: Connection". This error only occurred in the development environment I use and does not occur on other environments even when I use the same actions and account.
Account B has Basic Microsoft license and should be able to work with Microsoft online services. Account B has owner access on the channel it is targetting and I have checked and the account is able to post normally on the channel. Same with Excel, the account has actually written in Excel online in other environments but it shows the same error in the development environment I use upon changing.
What could be the cause and how can I fix it? Thank you.
