502 Bad Gateway Issue in Run Script Excel Online (Business)

We are facing this issue for the last 3 hrs in West Australia region. Can someone help on this with priority? Our production flows are getting failed due to this. Excel files are not getting generated. Failing with BadGateway. Below output is recorded.

Today I am facing this issue while running office script from cloud flow.
