Broken links in yammer when the Image link from SharePoint has spaces

Issue :

I am trying to post an update in yammer when ever an item is inserted in a SharePoint list. The Message sectionposting to yammer will have Image Link from SharePoint list.

When there are spaces in the Image link for example:

https:mysite.sharepoint.com/sites/test/Picture%20Library/test%20Image%20event3.jpg

The link posted in yammer is shown as broken like :

https:mysite.sharepoint.com/sites/test/Picture Library/test Image.jpg

Steps to reproduce:

Please create a flow in which when a sharepoint lit item[Image column which should have spaces in the name of the link] is created , post an update to yammer.

Send Image in the Message content posting to yammer. See the link which is broken.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share more details about the Image column type, is it formatted as Picture, or HyperLink?

If the image is stored under SharePoint library, then please take a try to right click the image and choose Copy Link, which would then create an image link with no spaces.

If you would like to share the URLs of the image, then please format the image field as HyperLink.

hi @v-micsh-msft Thanks for the response.

The column type Image is formatted as Picture , I have tested it with hyperlink also.
The Image is being reffered from Picture Library . Even if i change the column type of the Image as hyperlink, the links are appeared as broken links.
