Salesforce Case owner name

Hi All,

I have a Power Automate flow that uses salesforce connector to fetch cases records based on some filter criteria. We are able to fetch the records fine however, as we checked the trigger output the case owner name was in an alphanumeric text and not an actual display name.

How can i get the case owner name from salesforce? any help would be appreciated.

Run a second query (with the user's ID) against the User object to look up their details.

@lbendlin you mean to get records from the user entity in salesforce and match the user id received in case record?

Yes but it will be more efficient to use the id as a query filter so you don't have to fetch the entire user list every time.
