Hi
I have a date field in a SharePoint list.
Column "Due Date"
Having issues when I edit the form in PowerApps I want to be able to remove the date and set it to blank if needed to.I tried multiple ways of doing this but no matter what I do, when I submit the form it keeps the date value and will not set it to blank.
@JimmyWork
Turn on formula level error management in settings
@EddieE Thank you but it's currently an experimental feature, not sure about running that in a production app.
And if I turn it on, then all I have to do is delete the date and save?
Yep, it’s been experimental for awhile but it’s the standard fix. I use this a lot in production apps, it is basically the only real solution. If you Google something like ’PowerApps Blank SharePoint’ you will find many have asked to solve this in the past with this offered as the solution.
Yes, clear your date or set it to blank, whatever your proceeds is, then Save
@EddieE Thank you, will try it out and and mark it as a solution if it works.
Just to be clear I have no issue settings Blank() on multiple other fields for example, choice, person etc, only date field is the issue for me without experimental turned on.
