Model driven app error when saving a new item: SQL Server Error

Scenario is:

  • Dev environment with solution and app working 100% correct.
  • Prod environment with the managed solution shows this error when trying to save a new item in the customized table:

    No other visible error or message shows up.

Any ideas on this?

    Hi @ReneAlvarezM,

    There could be several reasons, the table could be locked with another operation such as another import and update. Try to perform a Publish All Customizations to see if that helps, and/or can check in the Solution History if another solution is in progress:

    The best option though I would recommend is to lodge a Microsoft Support Ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support for these types of issues.
