Try going to your SharePoint site under List Settings > Indexed columns > now go and click on the "Create a new index" and then select the column you are having trouble with, save the settings. Now try in PowerApps and check it again does it work now?

How many items are in the SharePoint list? Over 5000?

Okay, I am using a Collection to store all data on PowerApps, I need to get the the choices columns and show all the items... I know the dropdown is limited by 500 items, but I will use a ComboBox
