Canvas App licencing for multiple users

I want to get responses from various people(couple of thousands) on a form who are present as contacts on Dynamics crm(CE) and not actually licenced to use the application. if I build a Canvas App with a form to get their responses, how would the licencing work and what is the cheapest way to do this ?

Hi @bravoperss ,

I suggest MS Forms (or equivalent Third Party function) and bring the data back with a Flow - Power Apps requires each user to be licensed and the App shared with them.

I dont actually think Canvas Apps can be shared outside of your tenant, not without creating a guest account for each user and licensing them. I agree with @WarrenBelz , MS Forms with a Flow on submission is the way to go

Canvas apps can be shared outside the tenant providing the user has the equivalent (or greater) licence in their Tenant. The data source (if SharePoint) needs to be shared first (SharePoint can be shared externally) and then when the external user has signed in and authenticated once with their credentials, their user details are available in AD to share the Power App.
