hi, I'm sure there maybe a post about something similar but struggling to locate.
in this situation I have to merge two folders of jpeg files together. the aim is to insert a stock image (in folder A) into the rest of the photos (folder b), however the stock image needs to be named as the first file and the following images have to sequentially renamed to fit. all must be named consecutively otherwise the output doesn't work. an example of what I'm trying to achieve is below.
p.s. i am an early beginner with power automate so still learning the basics.
example
folder A: 1_1_image, 3_1_image
folder b: 1_1_image, 1_2_image, 1_3_image, 2_1_image, 2_2_image, 2_3_image, 3_1_image, 3_2_image, 3_3_image
the aim is if folder A contains a copy of what is located in folder B, then the files in folder B to be renamed as X_X+1_image with the idea that each file is "shifted" along +1 in accordance to the _x value.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated 🙂
