Browser instance must be Web browser instance error for scheduled flows

I have a scheduled/ad hoc triggered flows which call the PAD flows as the web flow trigger goes off. It has been going fine, since I developed it, since a year ago until recently. I keep getting Browser Instance must be Web Browser Instance error when chrome is launched. The username and password failed to be entered.

The funny thing is PAD program works without any issue if I manually run it. This error only pops up if it's auto-triggered. I'm suspecting it's Power Automate issue. Any microsoft gurus here can help?

Since this post was posted a while ago, I would say the issue has been resolved now on its own. I couldn't remember I uninstall and re-install chrome or update chrome, something like that.
