Insert image from list to word model

Hi people,
I need help... 
I want to insert a image in Microsoft List:
 
 
 
in a word model 
 
 
 
 
with "populate" word online connector
 
 
 
 
 
but there isn't dynamic object to link the images...
Somebody has a solution for this problem ?

    The SharePoint action ‘get image content’ is what you need. Basically what it requires is a base64 string of the content. It needs to be an object in the following format:
     
    {
    “$contenttype”: “your image file type”,
    “$content”: “base64String”
    }
