Error Code 707

I keep getting this error trying to get the response data from a Form.  I am the owner of the Form and Flow so I don't think it is a permissions issue.  Any thoughts on what could cause this?  Could it be that Power Automate is not finding the form and I have to enter it in with the custom value form id?

    Hi @egnewbie,

Is it a personal form or a groups (shared with me) type of form you are trying to use? Normally I would expect a personal form to show up in the dropdown.

Also might be worth double checking the connection of your actions in your flow. Maybe that connection is playing up.

Did you get anywhere with this error?

I get this error when i attempt to import my flow to another account.

The flow works perfectly well in my account for testing but will not import into a service account for production.

Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'microsoftforms' operation 'GetQuestions' failed with status code 'Forbidden'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error": { "code": "707", "message": "UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. Inner Message: {\"error\":{\"code\":\"OperationForbidden\",\"message\":\"Unauthorized Access\",\"innerError\":{\"code\":\"UnauthorizedAccess\"}}}", "@ms.form.error.type": "ExpectedFailure" } }'.

I'm having the same issue. It just started last night.

My Flow relies on a Microsoft Form I created and then transferred to a Group that I own. I can see the front end of the Form but not the back end anymore. When I click on it from my recent forms, it gives me an error "Something went wrong. Please make sure you have permission to access the Form." The Group in Forms doesn't show any forms at all.

When I first click on the Group from the Forms web app, it shows a random number of members that doesn't match how many members should be (or actually are) in the Group and when I refresh the Group page, it shows "0 members." But when I click on the members link, it takes me to OWA and shows all 21 members with me listed as the Owner.

All I know to do is try to get another Owner from the Group to try to access the Form, but I have my doubts that will work. Any other ideas?
