Unable to Launch Power Automate Desktop

I have tried to Resolve failed connection between Power Automate components using the below link but not sure if there is anything that I am missing.

    Hey @Pavan7 

     

    You are using the right troubleshooting article - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/troubleshoot#resolve-failed-connection-between-power-automate-components  

     

    Just make sure you follow the article to the letter. The main point would be running SysInternal and 

    • Identify whether a process displaying the string EbmV0LnBpcGU6Ly8rLw== exists.

    • If such a process exists, stop the process identified in the previous step, and try again to launch Power Automate.

    As a permanent fix, you can stop the process causing the issue from running. Alternatively, if it's an internal process, you can change it to use a more specific endpoint, such as net.pipe://localhost/something.

    I couldn't see the exact process running, but i closed the ones which are starting with that sequence and tried to launch Power Automate again but it showed the same error.

    @Pavan7 - Go to control panel and click on "Change" and follow the process
