Enable email reminders for upcoming/late tasks in Microsoft Project

I need to figure out how to enable email reminders for upcoming and late tasks in Project for my team. Is there a way to do this via Power Automate flow?

I found a flow template online (New Flow Templates for Project for the web - Microsoft Community Hub) but it is saying it can't be created because it was made on an older format.

Please help!

    Hello @zeboatis,

    Welcome to the Power Automate Desktop forum. Are you looking to complete the task mentioned above using a desktop flow or a cloud flow?

    If you need assistance with a cloud flow, please post your query in the Power Automate General Discussion/Building Flow section. Alternatively, if you prefer to develop it as a desktop flow, we're here to help you. Please confirm. Thank you.

    Hi @Deenuji,

    Thank you for the fast reply! I use Project for the Web, so I am assuming I need a Cloud flow?

    @zeboatis

    I kindly request to discuss the Power Automate Cloud topic within the appropriate category instead of PAD. Kindly refrain from raising it in PAD in the future.

    Regarding your task, I've developed a cloud flow. Initially, I compile a list of tasks and compare their due dates with the current date plus seven days.

    If a due date is earlier than the calculated date, I add the task details to an array. Finally, I convert this array into a table format and send it via email.

    addDays(utcNow(),7)

    Thank you for creating this flow! However, as I try to replicate it in Power Automate, I cannot find the correct starting trigger (it looks like you have Project Online List Tasks). Can you help me?

    UPDATE: It looks like you made the flow for Planner and not Project. Please confirm. Thank you!

    @Deenuji I am not proficient in Power Automate. Would it be possible for you to create a template that can be linked so I can utilize the flow without creating one myself? I am having a very hard time replicating what you have. Plus, I need it for Project online, not Planner.
