ReportIssue: Microsoft Copilot Studio agent works in Microsoft 365 Copilot but not in Microsoft Teams
I created a custom agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
The agent is published successfully and works correctly in:
- Copilot Studio Test Chat
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
The agent uses:
- Microsoft Authentication
- Generative Orchestration
- SharePoint Knowledge Sources
Observed behavior in Microsoft Teams:
- The agent is visible and can be opened.
- Messages can be sent successfully.
- The conversation is registered in the Activity section of Copilot Studio.
- However, the conversation remains with:
Status = Sent
Turns = 0
No response is generated.
Additional observations:
- No transcript is created.
- No conversation map is generated.
- No monitoring session is recorded.
- The issue occurs in both Teams Desktop and Teams Web.
- The same agent responds correctly in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Test Chat.
Troubleshooting already performed:
- Republished the agent multiple times.
- Removed and re-added the Teams channel.
- Tested with a completely new agent without SharePoint knowledge.
- Verified authentication settings.
- Verified topics are active.
- Verified generative AI settings.
- Verified sharing permissions.

Why does the message reach the agent in Teams but never start execution (Turns = 0), while the same agent works normally in Microsoft 365 Copilot?
