Hi, I would like to populate a word template with all (filtered) images from Document Library.
I have the following document library that contains pictures for all categories (this is important) and a name of the site
There are about 10 categories so I would need 10 pictures, and below I have the field for it in a report word template:
The above photograph should be a site location (category) picture of the site that was now completed (Ary H SPS in this case).
How to do this? My flow is very simple right now and it would work but I need to find some way to get pictures:
The pictures are dynamic as they are collected by technicians during the project, so I need something universal that will filter these 10 photos belonging to a site ("Ary H SPS" for example) and then allow me, for example, to change their power automate name to a category name, so I can say that "Site Location" file content would always be the picture from Site Location category and a specified site.
Any ideas? Thank you!
