Base64 image larger than 1MB embedded to email is not sending out

I have several png format images. Most of them have size smaller than 1MB while one of them is 1.3MB.

In Power Automate flow I converted them into base64, store in an Array variable, then embedded into an email body one by one.

The flow is working and no error.  All the other images are embedded correctly in the email I received, however the email do not have the 1.3MB image.

I reviewed the source of email. All the other images' tags are existing. (e.g. <img alt="xxxxxxxxxxx" width="1050" height="600" src="data&colon;image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAxxxxxxxxxxx .....> ). But the <img> tag of that 1.3MB image is removed. The 1.3MB image is in the middle of email content. The bottom contents are showing up fine. It is just the 1.3MB image disappear.

It looks like outlook online is removing it. I am not sure. Any one have experience on it?

Thanks for your respond. If the problem is caused by Character Limit, my flow should be stopped with error message. However the flow is running fine in my case.

One would think that.  But in your case the error seems to be swallowed up.

Test it with smaller image sizes.
