Flow picks up old entry (deleted entry)

Hey guys,

I'm at a lost here.. this is my first time seeing this kind of issue. Basically, I have created a flow:

flow1.png

What this flow does is whenever a file is created in a SharePoint document library, it'll run. Now, it all works BUT

flow2.png

This piece of flow keeps picking up old file that I've created long ago (roughly 7 hours) and I even deleted that file already in the Document Library.

File I createdFile I createdThe result from File createThe result from File createCont. Result of File createCont. Result of File create

As you can see on the screenshots, it's not fetching the right file..and that file isn't on the document library anymore. But, interestingly, if you look at the last screenshot, it has the create file name...

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

    Hi @EdwardC,

What’s your current situation? Are you still having the issue?

Do you mean that the action Get file content always gets content from an old file that has been deleted from the library?

Could you share detailed screenshot for the flow configuration? What value have you specified for each field?

I have made the following test. The issue cannot be reproduced. Could you please try again with it?

If you are still having the issue, please feel free post back.

    Best regards,

    Mabel Mao

    Hi guys,

Sorry, I've been so busy I forgot to reply back.

I changed my flow up so it works differently now but still kind of does the same process and it works!

    Thanks for helps tho!
