Sending Mobile Push Notifications to Multiple Recipients

Hello,

I am creating a flow where I need to notify multiple recipients of certain conditions being met in Power BI (evaluated via a query step). I know there is the built-in action to send a push notification if you have the Power Automate mobile app, but I've only managed to successfully test it with myself as a recipient. Is it possible to send push notifications to other/multiple recipients this way or would I just directly need to use the email action?

Hi

It’s not possible to send Power Automate mobile push notifications to multiple recipients. The built-in “Send me a mobile notification” action only works for the user account that owns or runs the flow.

I recommend to use a Microsoft Teams notification ("Post a message in a chat or channel") to alert multiple people in real time. There you can notify several recipients.

At least with carriers in the United States, you can send a text message to a cell phone via an e-mail address based on the person's telephone number. Granted, you will need to know the carrier, but if you're sending it to phones provided by your employer to employees, then you probably know the carrier.
