Hi Everyone,

I hope your day is going well. I have an issue where recent updates that I made to my chatbot in Copilot Studio are not showing up in a Solution where I added my chatbot. Has anyone else experience this issue? How did you resolve it?

Check Solution Layers: Ensure that the updates are not being overridden by another solution layer. Use the “See solution layers” option to view all layers affecting the component.
Publish All Customizations: After making updates, make sure to publish all customizations in the Power Platform admin center. This ensures that all changes are applied.
Remove and Re-add the Bot: Sometimes, removing the bot from the solution and then re-adding it can help. This forces the solution to recognize the latest updates.
Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache or try accessing the solution from a different browser to ensure you’re seeing the most recent version.
Check for Errors: Look for any errors or warnings in the Power Platform admin center that might indicate why the updates aren’t being applied.
Re-deploy the Solution: Export the solution, make sure all components are included, and then re-import it. This can sometimes resolve synchronization issues.
