Unable to find the Power BI Dataset

Hi, I am trying to refresh the Dataset when the Sharepoint folder is updated. But I don't see the datasets, even if I select the Premium capacity or personal workspace. How to solve this?

    You selected "Add rows to a dataset".  That only works with streaming datasets, not with standard semantic models.
     
    Why would you need to update the semantic model?  It will be refreshed automatically if the data source is sharepoint.

    Thank you @lbendlin, now that does makes sense. 
     
    I have a huge dataset that takes lot of time to refresh. I don't want to keep a schedule refresh. I want the dataset to refresh when I make changes to a folder in the SharePoint. 
     
    Now based on your response, I created a flow to refresh Dataset. Thank you for your response once again.
