Error when using approvals in Power Automate

I have an automated flow in Power Automate that uses the approvals component. I send a request for approval or not to external emails in my organization. I have already added these emails from external users of my organization to Microsoft Entra ID. The approval request arrives for this user to approve or not. However, when the user clicks approve, this message appears:

Hi @Tjan ,

This is the error "User '74817868-55ea-4616-ae05-95025c238946' in tenant '321f8892-13d1-4af9-9c6b-68c4d11c0b95' must consent before making this request." (as per translation)

Also, I know few blogs does say use "Approval with Options" and then external users can approve/reject. Those users need to be added in AD.
