Microsoft has announced that SQL Server Connector V1 actions will be retired. So, how to list/fetch all the "actions name" and "operationId" for all Flows in each environment that uses this "SQL Server Connector V1 action" and send a list of those or export to excel using power automate flows.

Need help in creating the flow for this.

Please see below one as your reference, it's easy to add your own version.
    1. list of environments.( Power Platform for admin).
    2. Loop through each environment.
    3. For each environment, list & get flows.
    • List Flows as Admin (Power Automate Management)
    • Apply to each to Get Flow (Admin).
    • Parse / Compose what you want. you can filter only contains SQL Server ones.
    • Write to a table or a file if you like.

Only to mention one thing (@stampcoin) gave the answer so just adding one small thing.

In the JSON you get back, you can see Triggers and Conditions.

So you can Filter/Select on that part of the JSON.

Depending on how many you have.. you may have to use a Do Until so you don't time out as well

Thank you for your response. But could you please help me with the formula to filter only the SQL server ones whether it is using SQL Server Connector V1 action or not and export them to excel?

Once you follow the screen shot to do that ( there is no tricky or magical inside). you will get more detail in 'Get Flow as Admin', from there you will see the connection reference , and connection name in each actions.
what you only need is filter the information with your connectionName , it might contain 'sql'  or 'shared_sql'

This is the journey we can take you so for.
the rest will be on your own.
    good luck.

    Hi @stampcoin ,

Thankyou for your help!. I have got the details from 'Get flow as Admin' and fetched 'actions' names.
So the below is the output. But how can I fetch these 'actions names' and 'operationId' from the output of 'keys of parse json' as it is of type object.

Yes so, I have to list/fetch the 'actions name', 'operationID , 'flowname' and the 'owner name' into an excel which are using V1 actions.

    Thanks in advance!!
