Hi, I am having an issue with shared flow with me.

I do have all the connection in my data enabled.

I am encountering below error message when I open up email notification about the share.

Thank you.

The caller with object id 'c0a6e827-3b80-4180-b70d-b969c548a854' does not have permission for connection '178428e8-9030-4adb-8ad7-e70c5b30b186' under Api 'shared_logicflows'.

    @KD99

    Can you share a screenshot of your flow?

    @Leeyong88
    how are you sharing the flow?

    @rimatos I have the similar condition as @KD99 . I am the creator of Forms and Flows after I shared flows. Connection goes wrong.

    I have repeatedly delete and add the connector and I am encountering the same issues.

    Hi @KD99 ,

    Make sure that you have the right roles and licenses to use the Flow. If the flow is shared with you and has premium connectors you need to have the right license assigned to have this working.

    Additionally, if the Flow is accessing any records or items you need to make sure that you have access to those items yourself otherwise you will have permissions issues when sing the flow.

    With this in mind, please first check with the connection permission, make sure that the existing account has access to this connector.

    In addition, please take a try to re-create a new connection to this connector and check if the issue is solved.

    Let me know if this helped,

    Regards,
    ricardo
