How can I find out what caused "When a row is Updated" to fire

Hi

I have an entity with over 100 attributes / fields and I want to know which field caused the "When a row is updated" to fire.  ie which attribute changed.

ChatGPT says use triggerOutputs()?['body/attributes'] bit that does not seem to work as it fails with the expression is null.

This is such  a fundamental requirement I am surprised that I cannot find how to get the attribute / field which caused the flow to trigger.

Regards

Nigel

    Hi @NigelP ,

    There is no out-of-the-box approach.

To find out the column whose value has changed, you need to turn on audit setting for the table.

    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/76393024/get-previous-value-of-a-dataverse-field

You can find the version history of the item when using table 'Audit'.  Then please compare whether the old value and the new value are consistent.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @v-xiaochen-msft

With 100 attributes doing it this way would take a hell of a long time.

I will have to trigger on certain attributes (singly) and go that way I think.

    Regards

    Nigel
