Text from Rich text editor as outlook email body

I am trying to launch outlook from PowerApps . When I click the email button it will take the text in rich text editor and it will be fed automatically to the email body content.

I have used this formula to launch outlook from PowerApps which takes the rich text editor content as email body

But I am getting the output like this, with html tags

I  tried converting the Rich text to Plaintext(). But it sends the email as a whole paragraph without including any changes made in Rich text which defeat its purpose. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

    Hi @Jisha1 ,

I'm afraid it is not possible to pass the HTML in email body while using mailto link. It takes only string/text value.

    Best Regards,

    Bof

As @v-bofeng-msft  stated, the Launch mailto (like your deeplink) action expects plain text and no HTML.

You can create your own custom dialog to send an email, perhaps there are some ready-made templates for that.
