connection not found

Hello , experinced this issue when generated api connection (api token) from MDCA to Power Automate flow, Error from token exchange: The connection is not found

 

at power automate portal is showing Defender for Cloud Apps - is connected 

 

there is check flow failure with following system mesaage:
