Enquiry on email notification when the status set to complete

Hi All, 
 
I'm trying to setup ticketing system, I have create an automate flow (whenever the status change to complete, it will trigger email notification to the requestor to inform him that his request has been completed. My condition is set as Status Value is equal to Complete.  Email is trigger to the requestor successfully however it also trigger the email notification to all other tickets with the status Complete . How can i prevent the email notification to sent to all other tickets with the status Complete?
 
I'm trying to add a link to chat directly to the IT support team via Microsoft teams. Microsoft teams app is launched but it does not open a new chat to IT team support account.
 
 
Any advice?

    You didn't share a Run, so I am going to assume that your Get Items is incorrect.
     
    please share your Filter for Get Items and also, verify for me, by looking at the RUN and taking snapshots and sharing. Did the Get iTems return many so you did many or are you saying its triggering the flow when you dont want too.

    For my Get Items, I didnt add any parameters or set any filters beside pointing to the right site and list name.
    Yes the Get Items retrieve all the tickets which the status is Complete. ( for this case, total Status Complete is 5),  as shown in the screen shot, it trigger 5 emails.

    • Check Your Filter: Please share the filter query you’re using for the Get Items action so I can verify it.

    • Review Flow Run: Go into the Run History and check whether the Get Items action is returning too many results. Is it returning multiple items or triggering the flow when it shouldn’t?

      • Take a snapshot of the results from the Get Items action and share it so we can troubleshoot further.

    Hi All,
     
    I have managed to find the workaround. For those who need in future, based on the current item modification and trigger the email to the requestor.  you may add one more action ( Get changes for an item or a file ( properties only) ), 
    Enter the fields : Site Address, List,  ID ( will be the When an item is created or modified ID),  Since (will be Trigger Window Start Token)
