send single email to each person with all expired items

Hi,

I have a list with team members and training courses certificates and its expiry dates (see below):

I have built a flow that screen for items that are missing, expiring or expired (condition based on renewal date check vs. current date) and sends a notification email to the team member:

This works fine, but it sends separate emails for each "Status" meeting the condition. I was wondering if there is a way to send a single email to each Team Member including all items with "Status" meeting the condition.

Many thanks for your hep!

    @jmendoncas

    Here is a link to a solution that you can use with very little modification.  You might add an filter query to your Get Items action so that you don't need a condition (optional but a very good idea).  Let me know if you have additional questions.

    Here is a link that explains using OData filters in your filter query.

    @ScottShearer ,

    Many thanks for your reply and suggestion.

    What do you exactly mean by "little modification", creating an HTML table or the variable loop handling the Team Member emails? Can´t get it to work...

    An additional challenge is that my "Status" column is a calculated column which I´m not able to use in the Get Items filter (at least not in a straightforward fashion).

    @ScottShearer

    I´ve given it a try and made some changes to the flow, however I get an error I´m not able to resolve, I wonder if you could have a look and suggest a possible fix:

    Input to filter array 2 is body('Filter Array') of earlier Filter.

    I get an error on this second filter:

    Many thanks for your help.

    Hi @ScottShearer,

    After some changes to the flow I managed to resolve the issue (ref. below):

    The above solves the main issue of sending a single email with all expired items to each team member. However, I haven´t figured out how to include the Team Member Displayname in the email...

    Rgds,

    Joao
