Is there a limit to the number of items to be created by "create item"?

Hi,

I want to create a flow which I can get response from 4 MS forms and gather the response in 1 SharePoint list. However, after I submitted all the 4 forms, the last 2 forms' response is not reflected in the SharePoint list. I only see the response from the first 2 forms. Would like to check if there is any limit to the "create item"? Not sure what went wrong in this case.

Hope anyone can help with this issue.

@wlinb you can only have 1 trigger in a flow, you've got 4 so it won't work. You'll need to have 4 flows each with the "when a new response is submitted" trigger and the "get response details" action, then each flow can create an item in the single SharePoint list.

My flow somehow ran successfully with 4 triggers and I do see the update of the response in the SharePoint list for the first 2 forms. Just didn't see the response collected for the 3rd and 4th form in the SharePoint list. So was wondering if there is a limit. Ultimately I want to add in the email function so I want to have 1 flow only if possible.

Flow:
Requester 1 fill in form 1 and trigger the email to send to requester 2 --> Requester 2 fill in form 2 and trigger the email to send to requester 3 --> Requester 3 fill in form 3 and trigger the email to send to requester 4 --> Requester fill in form and it ends here. All the responses are collected in 1 SharePoint list.

@wlinb it won't work. You could use child flows in a solution which should achieve what you want.

Hello, if I create 4 different flows for each form, how do I make sure the response collected in the SharePoint list is in the same line for each flow?
Meaning A1-->B1-->C1-->D1
If in the midst A2 submitted the form before B1 submit the form, it will not affect the A1-->B1-->C1-->D1 flow.
Anyone got any idea on this?

Did anyone ever answer this question? When it gets to a large number of items, PA just freezes up and the page crashes when trying to save. OR, it doesn't save the data assignments to the columns. I thought it was a browser time out issue, but I couldn't pin down what was causing it. I had to give up at like 130 columns.
