Which would you recommend? I have an Excel Spreadsheet that comes over about 3 times a week in the same format. The data needs to be transformed then broken out into different csv files depending on the data with the excel file. Would you recommend Data Wrangling in azure data factory or Transforming data using Power Query within Power Automate?

If it should be done 3 times a week, I recommend you use Create CSV table within PowerAutomate.
Recurrence trigger setting run times>>List rows present in table>>Create CSV table.
