CSV Files saved is incorrect or corrupted

Hello All,
 
I have a flow that saves a csv attachment from an email to OneDrive and Sharepoint. However, the files that are being saved are either corrupted or has the wrong file content. What could be wrong in my flow? Thanks for your help.
