Would like to setup my own Power Platform Tenant, with Azure Groups, Access Packages etc available.
What's the best way to do this? Just Developer program, buy Power Apps License + Entra?
I recommend you use a Developer plan: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/dev-program
You will be able to work with the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem and power platform, it will have E5 licenses for 3 months, and trial of power apps and power automate.

Yes, but I'd like to keep it beyond 3 months.
If you keep the tenant active it renews automatically.I have one since one year:
I get a message that mine has been deleted, which I don't remember doing, and have to wait 50 days to set it up again. Is there a way around this?
You can use other personal mail account or create a new free account (outlook.com for example)
I get a message from MS saying it has to be a work account, and personal emails won't work.
Can you share me the message? I used a gmail account to register a developer plan.
