What is the best way to create a new flow from a copy of a custom flow?

I've created many flows that I want to use as "Templates" to create new flows.  I also want to be able to share these custom flows with others in my organization, so that they can create flow from them.  What is the best way to do this?

I have been using Save As and updating the copy to use the SharePoint LIST and MS Form of the new projects, but this process is very slow.  Since the copy retains the previous list and form information, I have to go to each action to make changes. Often, the flow will NOT save because certain actions still reference "old" dynamic content.  So, the longer the flow, the hard it is to update it.

BTW- I've had the same experience with Export.
