Have you all experienced Approval failure to capture assigned value? Show as the photo below.
If so, how do you fix it?

Please try below steps to troubleshoot:
1. Save this flow as a new one.
2. Use this original flow, delete the send approvals action, add a compose data operation and use manager email as the input.
3. Use this failed history to test and run the modified flow, check the results of the compose action to see if any email will be lost.

This is my approval built as I said - generally it works but sometimes it fails to capture approvers. The email I used in the approver was the trigger from SharePoint person field.
If this case happens, I need to resubmit the flow to fix the bug. This issue is bugging me so much. Appreciate for thousand if anyone has a solution for this 😭

Generally, the flows work but sometimes it didn't manage to grab the assigned approval and fail to send out the request. It seems like a bug to me...
The overall flow is user submit a form and it will send to the approver for review. That's about it.
