PowerApps problems with stability

Hi,

 

I have PowerApps app and this app is most of the time working well.

But sometimes it is tricky and we do not know why.

 

The app sometimes does not load data from SharePoint. You can see only red warning label with note: "Resource not found.".

There is no security problem with permision.

 

Sometimes the app while user use the app just restart the app like when you click on F5. For no reasons.

 

What can I do for better stability of app?

    Hi @JiriS ,

     

    Could you please share more details about your App and SP list? When and in which screen did the issue come up? How many items are there in that SP list? How many screens in your App?

    Please check if you could make some changes for you app, especially the part of “Use Delayed Load” and “Working with large data sets”. Below is the screenshot of toggle on the Delayed Load preview feature:

    Hi,

     

    most of the time I have no problems with the app. The problem is just sometimes and I do not know why.

     

    The app is falling down and restarting. I also cannot find SharePoint lists. The app is blank.

    What can I do with that?

    Remove your SP list connection from the powerapps and add it again. See if that works.
