How do you set up "System Accounts" instead of "Regular Individual User Accounts" to use for Flows/Automations?

My organization is trying to create Flows in Power Automate but want to be sure it uses a "System Account" instead of our regular individual user account to ensure continuity of the flows. How do we do this? and what are the best practices?

Create an account as a service account for your tenant and assign it licenses.

How do I ensure the security of that account? Will there be a need to login with the System Account when creating the flows or just change the connection accounts? Any help will be very much appreciated.
