Hello Flow masters,

I have a sharepoint list, and i want to check the status of the action plan column if it is completed or in progress, then send reminder to the person who created the item "Column: Created by:"

Any help would be appreciated!

Best regards

Tarik

    Hello,

this is a very easy one, you just need the following functions:

    Hi @Tarikwfi ,

If action plan is a choice field, please fill choice-value in Condition to compare:

Besides, please ensure that the option value filled in Condition is correct.

    Hi @v-bacao-msft

I tried first to put only in progress it didn't send any email, and second I try to put them all ( Identified, in progress, completed) and I check only in progress, but it send email for all list items without filtering status.

    best regards

    Hi @Tarikwfi ,

First, please ensure that the option value you fill in the condition is the same as the one set in the SharePoint list. The best way is to check the body of Get item, view the value of the specified field, and then configure the filtering conditions based on their output.

Then check if there is any "action plan value" of item equal to in progress in Get items.

In addition, Or is selected in Condition. If you configure all three option values in Conditions, it means that all items are eligible, so it sends email for all list items without filtering status.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Best Regards,
