Gallery default selection - keeps autoscrolling to the selected item how to prevent this?

I need to keep an item selected after an action is done in a gallery.

So i set the current selected item to an variable and make that variable the default in the gallery so that the item the user is working with is selected.

 

But doing this it causes the gallery to auto scroll and to the default selected item all the time and that makes things very strange.

 

How to turn off the "go to item" on default ?

    Hi @Oskarkuus ,

     

    Do you want to disable auto scrolling of the Gallery after setting the Default selection?

    If so, I'm afraid that is not available, I suggest you consider submit an idea in Ideas forum:
