error on creating file action but file gets created anyway

Hello,

I built a flow that creates a csv file in Sharepoint and after that copies it to a local server using the 'create file' action from 'file system'. This flow should run every day at a selected time.

When tested it ran successfully. But at the selected trigger times it always throws an error at the create file action that doesn't make sense to me:

Of course the file doesn't exist, as this action is there for creating it?! Additionally, the file is still created as desired, so the flow definitely works, but still throws that error.

And when I resubmit it manually, it's successful, without this error message.

Does anybody know why it does that or had the same issue? Is it a bug?

Strangely the issue seemed to be resolved by itself somehow. For over a week it worked fine.
Only yesterday it failed with the same error again, today it was successful. Very strange...
