Hi All,

I would like to know if there is an option to turn off the Copilot Sort, filter and search option that comes for a gallery in a published app. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

This does not make sense to the end user of my app hence would like to turn it off. Please suggest.

Regards,
Sandeep

    Hi Sandeep ,

There isn't a direct option to turn off the Copilot Sort, Filter, and Search features in Power Apps. However, here are some workarounds:

    1. Use a custom gallery: Build your own gallery without the Copilot features for full control.
    2. Disable Enhanced Component Features: Go to Settings -> Upcoming Features and turn off Enhanced Component Features.
    3. Use static data or custom queries: Control data with collections or predefined logic to avoid automatic Copilot enhancements.

PowerShell command to disable this popup on canvas app galleries worked previously, but they took the functionality away.  Turning off the Copilot features in Settings does not work either.  My users are complaining left and right about the annoying popups that distract them while trying to do actual work.  I'm going to take this issue (and related Copilot widgets that won't go away) to our CIO architectural review committee to see if we can start moving away from this platform.  It's becoming a marketing tool for Copilot more than a professional low code platform for the enterprise.
